Program Description

Mindful Care, Inc. sends text messages to patients who have explicitly opted in to receive care-related notifications. Messages are limited to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and care coordination communications directly related to your treatment at Mindful Care. This program is not used for marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes of any kind.

Who Can Participate

This SMS program is available to patients of Mindful Care who have provided a valid U.S. mobile phone number and have explicitly opted in during the patient registration process.

Opt-In

You opt in by checking the unchecked consent box during patient registration at mindful.care. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Mindful Care at that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your care activity and appointment schedule. You may receive messages related to upcoming appointments, scheduling changes, or care follow-ups.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Mindful Care. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To re-enroll, return to your patient registration or account settings and opt in again.
