Mindful Care, Inc. operates an SMS notification program solely to support patient care coordination. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your mobile information in connection with that program.

What We Collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Mindful Care, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• A record of your consent, including the date and time of opt-in

How We Use It

Your mobile number is used solely to send you care-related SMS notifications, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up messages directly related to your treatment at Mindful Care. We do not use your mobile number for any other purpose.

What We Do Not Do

Mobile opt-in data, including your phone number and consent record, will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties or related entities for marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes.

SMS opt-in data is never used for marketing or lead generation of any kind. This program exists exclusively to deliver care-related notifications to consenting patients.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, opt in again through your patient registration or account settings.
