ADHD Can Be Overwhelming
Your Care Plan Shouldn’t Be

ADHD can affect every part of life, not just school or work. Teens may face slipping grades and homework challenges, while adults may feel overwhelmed, miss deadlines, and struggle to keep up with daily responsibilities.

That’s why Mindful Care’s ADHD program (12+) is designed for ongoing care, not one-time advice. If you already have an ADHD diagnosis, we’ll help support you with a clear personalized plan. If you think you might have ADHD, we can guide you on next steps and provide your ongoing care after a diagnosis from an independent provider.

My provider is pleasant, respectful and shows concern. I am very happy with her treatment and medication management. I have had trust issues with other providers through different platforms but with my provider, I feel comfortable and relaxed to be open about my mental health and trust her diagnosis and recommendations. With out her help, I would have gone untreated.
