Group therapy at Mindful Care is an inclusive, judgement-free environment learn to manage the difficult emotional experiences we all face as human beings. Our licensed therapists guide an interactive conversation that makes a difference for everyone. The primary clinical approach we use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This is a practical, skills-based intervention that allows you to challenge and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviors.
Addiction Treatment / Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Addiction treatment at Mindful Care is designed to help anyone dealing with substance and/or alcohol use. We offer support to individuals considering recovery using a harm reduction approach. The program also provides ongoing support for individuals in recovery and others at various stages. Our coaches are familiar with all aspects of the journey and tailor recovery plans to provide the necessary tools to ensure long-term success.
