Jacquelyn Gilde, LCSW, is a seasoned clinical executive with advanced specialization in mental health and addiction treatment and extensive experience across inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. As Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Mindful Care, she provides strategic leadership over clinical operations, care delivery, and program development.

At Mindful Care, Jacquelyn transformed and scaled the clinical department by building a strong middle management structure, implementing standardized clinical protocols, and enhancing supervision systems to strengthen quality, compliance, and clinician development. She and her team secured CEU certification for New York social workers and formalized comprehensive training and onboarding programs to ensure consistent, high-quality education and ongoing professional growth.

Under her leadership, Mindful Care expanded access to care through MicroTherapy™, long‑term therapy, enhanced adolescent group therapy programs, ADHD services, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She developed group curricula, documentation templates, and internal training frameworks that streamline workflows, improve patient outcomes, and support clinician advancement.
